What are Missions in GuruShots?
Missions are fun, challenging, and rewarding tasks designed to enhance your experience in the GuruShots app. Each Mission presents you with a specific objective, such as joining a challenge, voting a certain number of times, reaching a new level, or engaging in specific challenge actions like voting in a Flash challenge.
How do I access Missions?
You can find Missions in the bottom menu of the app, or in the top menu on the Website.
Click it to go to the main screen. Simply tap the ‘i’ for more details or hit the ‘GO’ button to jump to the relevant part of the app.
What kinds of tasks are included in Missions?
Missions vary for each user and can include a wide range of tasks, such as:
Joining a specific challenge
Voting a certain number of times in a challenge
Reaching any level in a challenge
Voting in Flash challenges
And much more!
Each Mission will provide clear instructions on what needs to be done.
How long do Missions last?
Missions can last anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the specific task. Be sure to check your missions regularly so you don’t miss any deadlines!
What happens after I complete a Mission?
Once you complete a Mission, you’ll see the blue "Go" button will change to a green "Claim" button. Click on it to claim your reward!
What rewards can I earn from completing Missions?
Completing Missions unlocks exciting rewards, which can include:
Swaps
Keys
Fills
Coins
These rewards can help you progress faster in the app and enhance your photography challenges!
Can I see my progress on a Mission?
Yes! You can track your progress for each ongoing Mission. There, you can see an orange sliding bar that will indicate how close you are to completing the task, making it easier to stay on top of your goals.
What happens if I don’t complete a Mission in time?
If you don’t complete a Mission before the time runs out, you won’t be able to claim the reward. However, new Missions will appear regularly, so there are always more opportunities to earn rewards.
Can I have more than one Mission at a time?
Yes! You can have multiple active Missions at once.
What do “Go” and “Claim” mean on the Missions screen?
Go: This button appears next to the missions and allows you to jump right into the task to start completing it.
Claim: This button appears when the mission is complete, allowing you to claim your rewards.
Why are my Missions different from other users’?
Missions are personalized based on your activity, level, and engagement within the app. This ensures that the tasks you receive are tailored specifically to you, making them more fun and relevant.
Can I skip a Mission?
You can choose to not complete a Mission, but there is no option to skip one. If you don’t complete a Mission, it will simply expire when its time runs out.
Can I track my reward history?
Currently, rewards are shown when you complete and claim a Mission, but there is no ongoing reward history displayed. Be sure to claim your rewards right away to enjoy the benefits!
