On the web version, you should go to the "My Team" tab. There are three vertical dots at the top of the page. Click on that and then select “Leave Team.”
In the iOS app, you should click on the "Teams" tab. Under the first icon (My Team) you can find 3 vertical dots. Click on that and then select "Leave Team".
In the Android app, you should click on the "Teams" tab. Under the first icon (My Team) you can find 3 vertical dots. Click on that and then select "Leave Team".
